About Our Company

HISTORY

LeisureCraft Holdings, LLC is a small business located in Hendersonville, North Carolina that manufactures high quality, commercial grade outdoor and indoor furnishings. A wide variety of products are manufactured in their facilities.

LeisureCraft Holdings, LLC was established in 1979 and began producing wooden furnishings. The business grew to also include the point-of-purchase merchandising market.

By 1989, LeisureCraft Holdings, LLC had grown to the point where it needed to move to its current location at 940 Upward Road. 1996 saw the company shift its primary focus from point-of-purchase wooden products to our metal outdoor furnishing line.

In the subsequent years, the manufacturing plant has grown to its current size of over 100,000 square feet with two shifts of approximately 160 employees. The company also has a large sawmill facility approximately one mile away that provides support for their operations

  • 1. Welded bare steel chairs await dipping in the powder coat department.
  • 2. The chairs are primed and ready for coating with polyester powder coat.
  • 3. The finished chairs (and matching tables) as deployed in the Durham Bulls baseball stadium.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT US

We have been making metal outdoor furniture for over a quarter century, and have refined and improved our products continually over that period. Our manufacturing methods were designed to result in the most attractive and durable product possible, with no unsightly drips forming in the coating process. Unlike with other styles of manufacturing. We currently have 17 different colors of thermoplastic available as standard with the option for custom colors always a possibility to meet any needs no matter how specific. If you have a specific color branding that you need on your furniture, we can work with our chemists until you are satisfied with the resulting color.

Our biggest area of speciality are the personalized products that we make. We can add your logo or message to many of our products by manufacturing it into the product itself. With words of images stencil-cut into the furnishing before it is coated with thermoplastic. Things get more interesting with a backplate from a second color of thermoplastic to make the artwork more vivid. And finally, we can insert a full color, photo quality image plate into any personalized product that can accurately put across any message or image with stunning fidelity. The sky is the limit.

All of our products [except for the Quick Ship program] are manufactured to your specifics at the time of ordering. And when you order, our customer service department doesn't have a phone queue so between us and you. If you call during our regular business hours [M-F, 8-5 EST] your call will be answered quickly with nary an outgoing message.
